To be precise, he will be creating future scenarios about the EU’s policies on digital technologies, society and economy for 2030. In June 2022, he finished his bachelor's degree in International Relations and European Studies at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iasi, Romania, having also completed a one-year exchange program at Utrecht University in the Netherlands. Besides his studies, Vlad worked as a student assistant at Utrecht University and has also been involved in projects concerning artificial intelligence, democracy and environmental sustainability through the Council of Europe's Youth Department. He gained his first experiences in the youth sector as a project manager at FONTIS, a Romanian federation of youth NGOs, working with young people on civic education projects.
